Served as school teacher and panel chairman in secondary school, and lecturer and assistant professor in Hong Kong Institute of Education. Course taught include Curriculum Decision, Curriculum and Teaching of Liberal Studies.

Research interests include curriculum theory, curriculum policy, curriculum implementation, teaching method, and textbook design.
