Clinical and school psychologist by training. Hong Kong positions have included mental health services, psychoeducational assessment and substitute teaching. Positions in the U.S. have included clinical and school psychology internships in a New York hospital and public schools; working as an applied behavior specialist with group home residents; teaching and cross-cultural research at Hofstra University; directing health-related NIMH projects for UCLA; and community mental health research for Cornell University.

Research interests include psychopathology; assessment and diagnostic interviewing; cognitive-behavior therapy; and cross-cultural measurement.
