Former chairperson of Department of Educational Psychology. Selected as the United Board’s Elizabeth Luce Moore Distinguished Asian. Professor for the 1998-99 academic year. Visiting professor of five major universities in China. She developed the first graduate program in counseling in Beijing, China, co-operated with Beijing Normal University.
