Sharing and Collaborative Learning Programme (SCLP)
The Sharing and
Collaborative Learning Programme (SCLP) aims to create opportunities of sharing
and collaborative learning among the
WrITE Project's Summer Fellows (SFs)
as well as other teaching professionals
on an ongoing basis. The SCLP enables our SFs to cultivate a sense of
shared community space where they can
exchange teaching ideas/resources,
cooperate on writing projects, and even
share personal feelings.
While some
traditional professional development
actives, such as teacher demonstration
and guest speakers, will be featured in
the project's SCL Programme, interactive
and/or collaborative approaches will
also be adopted to enable participants
to contribute and learn from each other
as well as through personal reflection.
Task groups and role plays will be
employed to encourage participates to
think critically and reflect on the
teaching and learning tasks at hand.
With a reciprocal relationship built on
common endeavours, it is intended that a
sense of collegiality will be developed
among all participants.
