As the first NWP international associated site, the WrITE Project has the mission that while embracing the philosophy of the NWP, adapts and shapes the NWP model for the local English language teaching community. To this end, the WrITE Project focuses on writing as in the US, but also covers areas such as error analysis, language awareness, language arts, and the assessment of writing.  Through the WrITE Project’s work and impact, we believe that the NWP model is an effective means of capitalizing on the experience of excellent teachers in enhancing the teaching of English in Hong Kong schools.
