Five aspects of the form teacher (academic, discipline, general affairs, public relations, and personnel) in school administration are discussed. The moderator and liaison roles of the form teacher are then explained in detail. Finally, some suggestions regarding the status, power and duties of form teachers in secondary schools are offered.
