Abstract
This study aims at investigating primary school teachers' receptivity to two current curriculum changes in Hong Kong, namely Target Oriented Curriculum and General Studies. The study is based on Waugh and others' model of teacher receptivity to change and employs questionnaire survey as the research method. The findings show that primary school teachers' attitudes and their behavioural intentions towards implementing Target Oriented Curriculum and General Studies tend to be negative and positive respectively. Multivariate analyses further find that there exist significant differences in teachers' perceptions of the two curriculum changes.
