Abstract
Carrying out analysis of the current predicament with which is confronted in the process of practicing the policy of the state education loan in Chinese mainland; bringing forward some relevant opinions and advices, which is to ensure in deed that the policy can give full play to give full play to support the impoverished students to continue their education, and to maintain the impartiality of higher education system, under the circumstance of the cost sharing of higher education, and which is to further promote the development of the Chinese mainland’s higher education system.
