邹博士曾于香港科技大学担任助教及于香港大学担任助理教授。研究兴趣包括:高等教育国际化,教学研究关系,和教学发展。她的多篇论文发表于高等教育领域著名期刊,例如,Studies in Higher Education, Higher Education, 和Higher Education Research & Development。任教科目包括:价值教育与德育和学校教育的架构和过程。她主持过多项国际研讨会,其中2020年的研讨会吸引了来自28国家,超过400名学者参与。她目前担任International Journal for Academic Development 期刊副编辑以及Asian Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning期刊编委会成员。她亦获得Higher Education Academy的高级教员资格。
