Professional Consultant, BSc(Hon’s), MEd, PhD


Cindy, a passionate educator and researcher, who finds her passions in mindfulness and the pedagogy of social and emotional learning during her studies in British Columbia, Canada. With a master and PhD degrees in education and a deep commitment to promoting well-being and resilience, she has develop various courses and training programs for parents and professionals. Drawing from her previous experiences as a senior education officer at Tsz Shan Institute and a senior project manager at Wofoo Social Enterprises, Cindy has gained valuable insights that have enabled her to design and implement many impactful initiatives.

Cindy's dedication to exploring the science of happiness and compassion and integrating these principles into teaching and parenting practices has led her to become an ambassador of applied compassion with the Centre for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education at Stanford Medicine.
