He works as an Educational Psychologist and a fieldwork mentor at the University of Hong Kong as well as a guest lecturer at the Education University of Hong Kong. Also, he provides consultancy and professional training services to post-secondary institutes, private and social-welfare organizations, and schools.

In his past experience, he worked at the Education Bureau and different organizations such as Heep Hong Society, SAHK, Lutheran Church Hong Kong Synod, Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance, Methodist Church, etc as an Educational Psychologist to provide service to Special Child Care Centres, special and mainstream schools.
