Kathy obtained her bachelor’s degree in Canada, her post graduate certificate in Psychology, master of social sciences (Educational Psychology) and doctor of psychology degree (Educational Psychology) from the University of Hong Kong.

Kathy is a registered Educational Psychologist. She is the current chairperson of Hong Kong Association of Educational Psychologists.
