Introduction

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Canada, his post graduate certificate in Education (Special Education), master of social sciences (Educational Psychology) and doctor of psychology degree (Educational Psychology) from the University of Hong Kong.

In his past experience, he had worked as an Educational Psychologist at the Education Bureau and different organizations, provided professional services such as staff training, parent consultation, student assessment and intervention to tertiary institutions, mainstream schools, special schools as well as special centres.
