簡介

註冊教育心理學家，畢業於加拿大英屬哥倫比亞大學 （University of British Columbia）心理學系並考獲香港大學社會科學（教育心理學）碩士學位、教育文憑（特殊教育）及心理學博士（教育心理學）。

曾任職於香港政府特別行政區教育局一級教育心理學家，過去亦於多個教育機構擔任教育心理學家一職，為不少大專院校、主流學校、特殊學校及幼兒中心提供教職員專業培訓，家長諮詢、學童心理評估及介入。

另外，除了對有效家長管教和不同特殊學習需要的訓練進行研究外，呂博士對於兒童及青少年的情緒、行為、學習問題（如焦慮、社交和學習技巧等）的心理評估、治療和訓練亦富有相當經驗和興趣。
