Click “CocoFlow” for the Application Center (100+ official Agents). “Administration” leads to Students Management. Shortcut icons for AI Application, Course Center, and Course Management are also available on the homepage.
Yes, you can switch between English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese on the platform. Please note that each language operates on a separate domain, with resources and courses isolated accordingly. We recommend using the English version to ensure the best experience, as switching languages or regions may lead to unexpected issues.

No, you can only download those files you uploaded, but you cannot export the whole course content as some materials can only be operated within the platform.
As it is an online platform hosting outside, we strongly recommend not putting/storing any personal information on the system.
You can access “Knowledge Base” in CocoFlow to view the uploaded files and folders.
There is no storage limit for each account. However, larger file sizes result in longer upload times and are more prone to failure.
All files are stored indefinitely.
Courses
In Course Management, hover over “Create Course” → select “Simplified Course”. Enter Course Name, Tags (Grade/Theme/Subject), Cover Image, Visibility (Public), Teaching Classes, and Collaborators. Upload materials in the Learning Content area, add tasks with digital tools, then click “Confirm & Upload”.
Simplified courses have only one stage (all materials apply to all tasks). Stage-based courses support multiple stages/phases, Objective Trees/Compass, course templates and advanced evaluation linking.
Yes! Choose “AI-Assisted Mode” or “Lesson Plan Analysis Mode”. Options include Generate from Scratch, from Existing Lesson Plans, Dialogue Mode, or Brainstorm Mode. The AI helps generate course brief, objectives, outline, lesson plans, digital task sheets, PPTs, and video suggestions.
Enter the course in Course Center or Management. Follow Mode (default) synchronizes student page switching with the teacher. Switch to Free Mode to let students navigate independently. Use the left panel for outline, right panel for student responses and statistics. Gadgets include countdown timer and pen/laser pointer.
Yes. In course creation, select Teaching Classes (multiple grades supported) and Collaborators (view/edit/copy/delete permissions). Public courses are visible to other teachers in the same organization via Course Center.
