It is important to ensure that the following option is checked in Internet Explorer 7.
Start Internet Explorer7, go to "Tools"(工具) -> "Internet Options"(網際網路選項) -> "Advanced"(進階) -> "Browsing"(瀏覽) and check the option "Enable FTP folder view (outside of Internet Explorer)" (啟用 FTP 資料夾檢視 (Internet Explorer之外)) if not checked.

Start "Windows Explorer"(Windows檔案總管) by clicking "Start"(開始) -> "Programs"(程式集) -> "Accessories"(附屬應用程式) -> "Windows Explorer"(Windows檔案總管).

Type in the FTP server address with prefix ftp:// and then login name and password.
Note : Just type in the server address only, do not add the directory name at the end of the address.

Once connected to the ftp server, the explorer will display the files in the ftp site and you can upload or download the files(s) by drag-and-drop.
