Please refer to the Announcement of ISSBD Regional Workshop and submit the following required documents:
(i) A completed application form
(ii) A completed abstract submission form (optional)
(iii) A two-page curriculum vitae

Please send your application materials as a single PDF file.
If this is not possible, use MS Word and name each document using your last name as the first word of the file name.

Example:
Kumar-Application-Form.doc;
Kumar-Abstract-Form.doc;
Kumar-CV.doc
