Graduation Ceremony of the Postgraduate Diploma in Education Programmes 2023

1. Registration for the ceremony
   Please register for the ceremony at the Registration Webpage (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13673020) on or before 31 October 2023.

3. Points to note on the day of the ceremony
   Graduates, family members, or guests are invited to be neatly dressed and attend on time. If graduates and/or guests have any respiratory symptoms, they should stay home and avoid attending the ceremony.
1. Enter the campus and venue
   The Faculty will issue QR Codes to graduates before the ceremony. Graduates and their relatives and friends must scan the QR codes to enter the campus and chapel.
2. Graduate registration
   As there will be a briefing session for graduates before the ceremony, please arrive at the Chapel of Chung Chi College early, put on your gown, and be seated according to the seating arrangement before 1:15 pm.
3. Ceremony procedures

• The Organizing Committee will send out details about the ceremony procedures, seating arrangements and admission arrangements for relatives and friends by email in mid-November.
• Graduates will go onto the stage this year. They have to obtain their name cards in front of the Activity Center on G/F before entering the chapel.
• After the ceremony, graduates should leave the venue as soon as possible.

• Due to the limited seats, each graduate is allowed to bring up to 2 relatives and friends (the attendees must be five years old or above). If the registration number exceeds the chapel’s capacity, relatives and friends who register late will be arranged to watch live broadcast of the ceremony in Ho Tim Building.
• Friends and relatives should be seated at the live broadcast venue before 1:15 pm.
• All guests will receive a set of refreshments in front of the Activity Center after the ceremony. Please do not eat or drink in the chapel.
• No parking space will be provided.
• The Faculty will arrange photographers to take photos of the graduates on stage and upload them to the Faculty’s website in December. Graduates, relatives and friends will be allowed to take photos in the chapel within 30 minutes after the ceremony. During the ceremony, please do not take photos or video in front of the stage, so as not to interfere with the ceremony.
