Quality School Improvement Project (QSIP) has endeavored to enhance teacher professional development and facilitate comprehensive school improvement through professional support since 1998. Building on the critical mass of School Improvement Specialists established by QSIP, professional support rendered by the team covers a wide range of foci, including support in different subjects, inter-disciplinary learning, student support, development for middle managers, and school management and planning.

• School Development Officer(s) I/II

We invite committed frontline practitioners from various academic disciplines or those with expertise in student support areas to join us as School Development Officers. We look forward to meeting candidates who are passionate in facilitating school-based development with solid experience in leading curriculum development and change management on departmental/functional group level and school level.
