Invitation – Territory-wide Dissemination Sessions on Enhancement of Assessment Literacy (English only)
Dear Principal and English Teachers,
Territory-wide Dissemination Sessions on Enhancement of Assessment Literacy
With the continued support of Quality Education Fund, Quality School Improvement Project has launched a one-year professional development project, Tracking Students’ Learning through Comprehensive Enhancement of Assessment Literacy (QSIP-CEAL), in this academic year. The project has provided on-site support to the upper primary and junior secondary levels of 8 schools, aiming to develop school-based practices of effective assessment on classroom and curriculum levels in English Language Education.
As the project is reaching its end, we would like to invite you to the territory-wide dissemination sessions, which will take place online on 24 and 30 June 2020. The project participants will share good practices and insights about (1) employing effective assessment practices to inform their instructions; (2) strengthening the capacity of curriculum leaders to lead assessment-informed improvement actions and (3) building routines and policies conducive to the assessment planning and development.
Each school may appoint up to four representatives for each session. Details are as follows:
