Adhering to the philosophy of comprehensive school improvement, the Project leads curriculum and instructional leaders through change. Tailor-made on-site professional support for assessment design and implementation are provided based on needs analysis and progress review, delivering a multi-level focus on: (1) Classroom level, (2) Curriculum level and (3) Department level.
Professional Training Events
The professional support is delivered in various forms, which includes (1) teacher development workshops, (2) collaborative lesson planning practice, (3) assessment design, (4) classroom teaching, (5) lesson observation and follow-up feedback, (6) assessment data analysis, and (7) dissemination activities.
