Dr. CHAN Hung Cheong, Morton
Dr. Chan Hung Cheong Morton is the director of Quality School Improvement Project and Professional Consultant of the Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research, CUHK. While serving at QSIP, Dr. Chan is devoted in actualising the philosophy of comprehensive school improvement and has provided a wide range of in-depth support for a large number of schools based on their development focus, including planning, implementation and evaluation of school management, professional development for middle managers and enhancement of assessment literacy etc. He is also the author of several series of professional articles with the foci of school improvement, catering for learner diversity, self-directed learning, assessment literacy and life-wide learning.
Dr. Chan received his BSc and MPhil in Mathematics, then pursued the Postgraduate Diploma in Education and obtained the qualification of a registered teacher. He later received his MSSc in Law and Public Affairs and EdD in Educational Administration and Policy when he developed his career in School management and school improvement.
Prior to taking up the current position, Dr. Chan has served various professional posts, including Head of Mathematics Panel and Head of Educational Administration of secondary school, School Development Officer of QSIP, Senior Curriculum Development Officer and Chief Curriculum Development Officer of Curriculum Development Institute of the Education Bureau. During his service at the Education Bureau, he designed and conducted over 60 sessions of territory-wide seminars for school leaders and shared insightful ideas for block timetabling, issues of supplementary lessons and multiple pathways under the New Academic Structure, to facilitate the development of the New Senior Secondary Curriculum and Life-wide Learning.
He has developed extensive experience in working with schools in Hong Kong and Macau. With his expertise in school improvement and teacher professional development, Dr. Chan has provided school-based professional training for over 200 schools and served as the keynote speaker in a large number of joint school teacher development days and public seminars.

Ms. HO Ching Man, Noel
Ms. Ho is a reflective practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the field of education. Having served in the respective capacities of Head of Senior School, Head of Primary School, Head of Academic Affairs and Coordinator of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme concurrently at a through-train school in which she is the Deputy Principal, she is experienced in combining the essence of the international and local curricula for which cater to learner diversity. Ms. Ho has always had a guiding role in the collaborative development of school-based programmes, while promoting and evaluating holistic pedagogy, curriculum planning and design. Her areas of expertise also include cultivating middle leadership through raising self-awareness in others, thereby developing mindsets and skill sets required through providing direction, creating alignment, therefore boosting schoolwide commitment and staff dedication.

Dr. LEUNG Shing Him
Artistic Director of a professional theatre company. Among the pioneer educators in Hong Kong who first introduced ‘Drama-in-Education’ which focuses on incorporating drama into different subjects, including Chinese Language, English Language, Liberal Studies, General Studies and Moral Education. Dedicated to developing ‘Drama-in-Education’ for more than 20 years and collaborated with over a hundred schools.

Principal LEUNG Yun Lin, Lilian
Principal Leung has over 30 years of extensive frontline experience in the field of education; she has served as Principal, Vice-Principal, Primary School Mistress for Curriculum Development (PSMCD), Prefect of Studies, and Head of Chinese Language Panel. The experience in the frontline has developed her profound expertise in school management and curriculum development.
Principal Leung has been actively facilitating the development of Chinese Language Education in the primary school level. She has served as the Assistant Project Leader of Chinese Extensive Reading Scheme in Primary School in the Advisory Inspectorate Division at the former Education Department. She also participated as a committee member of Chinese Language of Curriculum Development Council, member of Assessment Panel on Chinese Language Education Key Learning Area of Chief Executive’s Award for Teaching Excellence, judge of Hong Kong Picture Book Award, and performed other services related to Chinese Language Education for the former Education Department.

Ms. LI Man Ming

She was also the Coordinator of Values Education and understands the latest development very well. Principal CHAN Shuk Man
Currently the Principal of Po Kok Secondary School, with profound experience in school management and development. Also served as Principal Curriculum Officer of the Curriculum Development Institute under the Education Department of Hong Kong for the management of Mastery Learning Programme, school-based Curriculum Tailoring Scheme for academically low achievers and school-based programme for gifted students. Ms. SUNG Hoi Yan, Idy
Currently the Vice Principal of Yuen Long Merchants Association Secondary School.
