參與躍進計劃學校的同工對躍進計劃之感受點滴:

前期:
雷聲大,雨點小;只知不停地被要求填寫問卷;深入的認知,似乎是要自己主動的探究,方能清楚成事。但卻感到《躍進計劃》之協助成員很有誠意,且計劃者頗見高招,懂得「借力打力」,不停地讚美學校之各成員,使大家甘願做「白老鼠」,測試自己之水平。
後期:
校方成員參與多了,反要求《躍進計劃》為大家提供多些及全面的協助。也因接觸多了,了解多了,要求自然也多了!結果產生「既跟人比,也求勝於己」之心態。「世事洞明皆學問」,覺得任何時地,只要有躍進之心,總是好事,但要求大家要有一致的共識及合作,且投入參與,方能超越;此也是我最深之體味。
與ASP一同工作感言:

雖然我沒有與ASP一同工作,只參與了ASP為學校設計的教師培訓及北京交流團。但我知道與ASP合作,學校有很大的自主權。我喜歡ASP為本校學生的表現調查,及在活動當中,我感受到工作人員的熱誠。
與ASP一同工作感言:

躍進學校計劃為學校做了診斷,協助學校找出了著力的焦點,為求變的意慾提供了參考方向。計劃同時亦為發展學生的多元智能與研習能力,以及教師、家長在這方面的認知提供了實質的人力與物力支援。盼望日後仍有機會借助大學的專業才知,提供準則客觀評估各範疇工作的效能,以有限的資源去提供優質的教育。

我認為躍進學校計劃能夠為學校帶來衝擊,透過彼此互相協作,學校的視野擴闊了,老師得到啟發學生亦從中受益,所以這項絕對是學校的「增埴」計劃。
略嫌時間太短,首年的合作未熱身已過去,唯有在後兩年加「碼」,善用資源,以致後來有相逢恨晚的感覺。
因此,我建議若能將合作時間延長至四、五年,相信得益的人會更多,學校更能「躍進」。
學校的日常運作本來就是比較專注、集中的,但有時卻可能因此而喪失了宏觀的角度,甚至不能客觀地自我檢視,這就是與大學研究院合作的必要原因。

I appreciate the down-to-earth input of the team. The Accelerated School Scheme provides schools with academic insight and practical guidance borrowed from successful experience mainly in the U.S.A. It leads schools to step back and rethink the purposes and means of education, so as to adjust their direction to evolve.
The team is vibrant and powerful. It can tailor-make activities and training sessions according to the needs of different schools, not to say flexible provision of human and financial resources. Activities and games are commonly used to illustrate a point in teachers' seminars. It is lively but 'luxurious' in terms of time.
It is not easy for them to really exert influence unless all the staff are ready. Sometimes I found some high-quality, succinct oral reports or comments given by the group could not be digested by the staff. Obviously, their comments failed to arouse serious reflection by the school authorities so as to carry out follow-up measures. Changes take time and effort, but at least they have sowed the seeds.
