Logit was used to analyse the effect of independent variables (one variable is the category. of samples, the another one is whether the samples were/are educated in the teacher educational institutes) on the dependent variable (agree vs. disagree to an argument). As a result, the present study proposes a model for the future teacher training in ROC. the main features of the model are: a) In regarding to the teacher training agencies, pluralism is preferable. Students other than those of educational college should be permitted to take the teacher training courses, b) The students of teacher education may make their own decision, whether to receive financial support from the government, c) Because most schools demand the teachers to teach more than one subject, the teacher candidates should he prepared to teach two subjects, d) In the fifth year of teacher training, the local educational administrations should sponsor periodically seminars to help the practice teachers to solve the problem confronted in classrooms, e) In order to get the licence at the end of the practice year, the practice teacher have to pass an examination, f) Teaching hours and salary of practice teachers should be less than the licensed teachers., g) Those licensees, who have received financial support from the government during their study, must enter the service in school for at least five years, but the service can be interrupted in case of pursuing advanced study.
