Chu-Hsun KUO

Abstract
The purpose of this study was two-fold:firstly, to examine the Employee Attendance Process Model proposed by Steers and Rhodes, secondly, to identify the factors that influence employees to participate in further education and/or training, and, to explain the relationships among those factors. Questionnaire survey was used to verify the revised employee attendance process model proposed by this author. Finally, this study suggested an exact process model for further study. Strategies that may enhance employees' motivation for further education and/or training attendance were also suggested.
