The purpose of this research is to discuss motivation models that influence high school teachers and their instruction efficiency. This research conducted by questionnaire survey. The major findings are:
- The contingeency models of motivation can be categorized into four kinds of models with different favor by composing instruction containing high instrinsic and high extrinsic, low instrinsic and high extrinsic.
- Models of motivation are related to high school teaching effectiveness.
The author makes suggestion of promoting teachers' professional abilities.
