Not only has this double degree programme enriched my subject                L
knowledge and enhanced my metalinguistic awareness, it has also
enabled me to develop an individualized teaching philosophy and     E
incorporate theories as well as pedagogies into my own teaching
practice.

            The ELED programme has provided me with both local and
            non-local teaching opportunities, allowing me to ?exibly apply
            pedagogies learnt in lessons to di?erent contexts, catering
            students with various needs. Guidance and support is also given
            by teachers, mentors, and peers throughout the study years.

The two teaching practices to primary and secondary schools are
the steppingstones that have equipped me with experience to
work with a diverse group of students, boosted my con?dence in
teaching and shaped my teaching philosophy.
