I am Wong Tsz Ho (黃梓皓), graduating in 2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Mathematics Education (BMED) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Enrolling in the Bachelor of Mathematics and Mathematics Education (BMED) program at The CUHK was undoubtedly the best decision I’ve ever made. Over its five-year duration, the program not only equipped me with a solid mathematical foundation but also systematically trained me to become a good teacher.

I am especially grateful to the program coordinator for fostering an open and supportive learning environment, where we were encouraged to boldly explore innovative ideas. The most valuable takeaway from BMED was the lifelong friendships I formed with like-minded peers. Even after graduation, we continue to exchange teaching insights and grow together through mutual encouragement.

Beyond academic rigor and teaching practicum, CUHK provided abundant opportunities for personal growth—from overseas exchanges to student societies and varsity sports. In 2022, I had the honor of joining CUHK’s rowing team and competing for the university’s glory. I sincerely appreciate the nurturing I received from both CUHK and BMED; the transformative experiences and skills I gained here are truly unparalleled by any other program.
