We are delighted to share with you the exciting news that CUHK Faculty of Education is ranked #20 among the top 100 Education schools worldwide (and ranked #2 in Asia) in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings for Education 2018 that was recently released.

The THE subject ranking employs 13 performance indicators which are grouped into five areas including Teaching (the learning environment), Research (volume, income and reputation), Citations (research influence), Industry Income (knowledge transfer) and International Outlook (staff, students and research). CUHK Education obtained an overall score of 73.9. The THE ranking is a recognition of the efforts and achievements of our colleagues, students, alumni and stakeholders toward building excellence in teaching, research, innovation and internationalization. Our strong performance in Research and International Outlook is an affirmation of the Faculty’s strategic investment in expanding the quality, reach, and societal impact of our research activities and collaborations. CUHK Faculty of Education will continue to strive for excellence in its diverse teaching and research endeavours, to work with our partners and collaborators, and to serve and contribute to our local and international communities.
