鄒小蘋教授現為香港中文大學教育學院教育行政與政策學系助理教授。她致力於提升高等教育中的教與學經驗,主要方法為加強教育政策與實施之間的聯繫以及促進主要利益相關者之間的合作。她目前的研究興趣包括評估設計、教學研究關係、教師專業發展,和高等教育國際化。鄒教授的研究得到多個組織的資助,包括香港特別行政區研究資助局和大學教育資助委員會以及Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia 。 她的多篇論文發表於高等教育領域著名期刊,例如,Studies in Higher Education, Higher Education, 和Higher Education Research & Development。 鄒教授任教科目包括價值教育與德育以及學校教育的架構和過程。她曾獲學院模範教學獎,以及Higher Education Academy的高級教員資格。在編輯工作方面,鄒教授擔任International Journal for Academic Development期刊副主編以及Asian Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning期刊編委會成員。
