邹小苹教授现为香港中文大学教育学院教育行政与政策学系助理教授。她致力于提升高等教育中的教与学经验，主要方法为加强教育政策与实施之间的联系以及促进主要利益相关者之间的合作。她目前的研究兴趣包括评估设计、教学研究关系、教师专业发展，和高等教育国际化。邹教授的研究得到多个组织的资助，包括香港特别行政区研究资助局和大学教育资助委员会以及Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia 。 她的多篇论文发表于高等教育领域著名期刊，例如，Studies in Higher Education, Higher Education, 和Higher Education Research & Development。 邹教授任教科目包括价值教育与德育以及学校教育的架构和过程。她曾获学院模范教学奖，以及Higher Education Academy的高级教员资格。在编辑工作方面，邹教授担任International Journal for Academic Development期刊副主编以及Asian Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning期刊编委会成员。
