As the world enters the post-pandemic era and hastens its steps towards normalcy, the education sector is charged with the tasks of tackling numerous issues left behind by COVID-19. On top of keeping pace with continuous education reform policies, schools continues to face challenges in developing newly appointed middle-level leaders and novice teachers, and re-examining their planning on student support programmes to strengthen student-teacher relationship and class unity in the post-pandemic era.
In face of all these challenges, QSIP collaborates with schools to tailor-make school-based support initiatives that promote sustainable professional development.
